blueberry bread with cinnamon frenchtoast crumble
This delicious blueberry crumble frenchtoast crumble is divine. With wild blueberries adding a soft moist texture too it., I made a Cinnamon French Toast Crumble to the top of this dessert bread, using "French Toast Popcorn Seasoning" of all things( ask me about this seasoning) , so a great amount of flavor grabs your tongue to kinda melt in your chair. So alas' make it with and with crumble, both are scrumpious.

Ingredients For blueberry bread with cinnamon frenchtoast crumble

1/2 cunsalted butter - softened

1 cgranulated sugar

2 lgeggs at (room temperature)

1/2 cbuttermilk

1 tspbaking soda

2 call purpose flour
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1-2 cfresh blueberries ( frozen is totally fine too)

Crumblecrumble topping
-
3 Tbspall purpose flour
-
1/4 clight brown sugar
-
1 Tbspfrench toast popcorn seasoning
-
2 Tbspunsalted butter, soft and cut into pieces

1/4 cchops pecan (optional)
How To Make blueberry bread with cinnamon frenchtoast crumble

1Pre-heat your oven to 375" degrees F" Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Set aside.

2The Cinamon French Toastl Topping. Add the flour, brown sugar, and cinnamonand french toast seasoning in a medium bowl and mix until combined. Cut in the butter using your fingers or a pastry blender, until it resembles coarse crumbs. Fold in chopped pecans (optional). Set aside.

3In a large bowl with a hand mixer, cream together the butter and sugar. Add in the bananas, eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and baking soda and mix well. In a separate bowl, sift together the baking soda, flour and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the blueberries by hand. Pour into the prepared pan. Combine all the ingredients for the cinnamon crumb topping in a large bowl. Spread the crumble with (finger tips is best) mixture overtop the batter.

4Bake on 375"F for 45-50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. The edges should be dark brown and the crumble should be lightly golden! Cool completely before removing the loaf from the pan and slicing.
