8 cfresh or frozen blackberries

1/4 ctapioca

1 csugar (or 1/2 splenda 1/2 sugar)

1 pinchsalt

1/2 smlime, squeezed

1 call purpose flour

3/4 csugar ( or 1/2 splenda 1/2 sugar)

1/2 tspbaking powder

1 cshredded coconut

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 cchopped pecans

1/2 csoftened unsalted butter

How To Make blackberry cobbler

1toss together blackberries, tapioca, 1 cup sugar, pinch of salt and juice of half a lime. Pour into a flat baking dish

2Blend together flour, 3/4 cup sugar, baking powder, coconut, salt and chopped pecans. knead in butter. Blend in beaten egg

3spread topping on top of berries and bake 45 min at 375 degrees. serve warm with ice cream
