Ingredients For bisquick peach cobbler

  • 1 can
    peach pie filling (21 oz can)
  • 2 c
    frozen sliced peaches, thawed
  • 1 c
    original bisquick mix
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter or margarine, softened
  • additional sugar, if desired
  • ground nutmeg, if desired

How To Make bisquick peach cobbler

    In ungreased 8-inch square pan, spread pie filling and sliced peaches; place in cold oven. Heat oven to 400°F; let pie filling and peaches heat 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix Bisquick mix, 1 tablespoon sugar, the milk and butter with fork until soft dough forms.

    Remove pan from oven. Drop dough by 6 spoonfuls onto warm peach mixture. Sprinkle with additional sugar and nutmeg.

    Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until topping is light brown
