Ingredients For berry cobbler

  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 c
    sugar (granulated)
  • 1 stick
    butter (melted)
  • 2 lb
    frozen berry (mix)
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice (fresh)
  • 1/2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    corn starch

How To Make berry cobbler

    preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2
    in 9x13 baking pan add frozen berries, lemon juice, sugar, flour, corn starch stir together
  • 3
    in mixing bowl add melted butter and cake mix stir lightly
  • 4
    spoon mixture on top of berry mix

    bake 40 - 50 min. cool for 3 min. serve with vanilla ice cream (optional)

    storage leave out remainder of cobbler for 2 days max after two days refrigerator the rest
