1/3 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/3 corange juice

2 tspground cinnamon

4 mdbananas,firm but ripe, sliced

1/2 tsprum extract

3 ptvanilla ice cream

1/2 cflaked coconut, toasted
How To Make banana colada sundaes

1In a small saucepan, combine the butter, brown sugar, orange juice and cinnamon. Cook and stir over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until sauce is smooth. Stir in bananas; heat through. Remove from heat and stir in extract. Serve warm over ice cream. Sprinkle with coconut.
