- STREUSSEL TOPPING:

3/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 cflour, self rising

1/2 cbutter, softened

1 cuncooked regular oats

1/2 cchopped pecans
- FILLING:

1 cflour, self rising

1 csugar
-
1 cmilk
-
1/2 cmelted butter

4medium bananas, sliced
How To Make banana bread cobbler

1For streusel topping: Stir together brown sugar, flour, and butter until crumbly. Stir in oats and pecans. Set aside.

2For filling: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease an 11 by 7 inch dish. Whisk flour, sugar, and milk just until blended. Whisk in melted butter. Pour into prepared pan. Top with banana slices and streusel topping. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
