Ingredients For baked bananas in orange sauce

    ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 3
    zest peeled and juiced oranges
  • 4
    cut in half , length wise bananas
  • 1 Tbsp
    grand mariner or cointreau ( opt. )

How To Make baked bananas in orange sauce

    Pre heat oven to 350 Bake, In a Baking Dish, put the Orange Juice and Zest of Orange, stir in the cinnamon - place the bananas with cut sides down in the juice . Bake for 12 Minutes .

    Take Bananas out of oven and save Juice in Pan, Place Bananas on a serving platter - Put the sugar in te hot juice in the pan and also add the Grand Marnier at this time if using, Stir to combine with the juice and pour over Bananas . Serve Immediatly
