This is another recipe I grew up on. This is one of several ways my Aunt makes Apple Crisp. Enjoy!

Ingredients For ~ apple crumb crisp ~

1egg

1 ceach - sugar & flour
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1 tspbaking powder
-
enoughpeeled, core and sliced apples to fill a 9 inch pie plate - mines a deep dish, i used 8 granny smith

1/3 cmelted butter

cinnamonto taste
How To Make ~ apple crumb crisp ~

1Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Butter a 9 inch pie plate. Fill with sliced tart apples.

2In a food processor add the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder, pulse a couple times to mix, then add egg. Pulse until you have fine crumbs.

3Evenly pour this mixture over your apples. Pour melted butter evenly over the crumbs and sprinkle with desired amount of cinnamon.

4Bake for 45 minutes or until apples are tender. ( If the topping begins to get too brown, before the apples are tender - just cover with a piece of foil. ) Serve with ice cream. Yum!
