Ingredients For apricot salad

  • 2 can
    apricots 17 oz with peel and heavy syrup
  • 1 can
    crushed pineapples 15.5 oz
  • 3/4 c
    mini marshmallows
  • 2 pkg
    orange jello
  • TOPPING
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    plain flour
  • 1
    egg beaten slightly
  • 1/2 pt
    whipping cream
  • 1 pkg
    american cheese shredded
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter

How To Make apricot salad

  • 1
    Thicken first three ingredients on Medium heat stirring constantly. After thickened stir in two Tbl Butter.

    Let Cool, whip the cream and blend with topping.

    Spread on the Firm Jello and Grade cheese thickly on top. Chill Until Ready to Serve.
