2red apples

1juice of 1 lemon

3/4 cwalnuts - chopped

1 sprigfresh parsley chopped well

1/2 cgrapes - cut in halves

3 Tbspalmond milk

1 pinchground cinnamon (optional)
How To Make apple walnut salad
-
1Soak the walnuts for 1 hour. Drain, rinse, then drain again. Cut the apples into bite sized chunks and squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over top. In a large bowl combine the soaked walnuts and the apples with the remaining ingredients and sprinkle with cinnamon (optional). Serve chilled.
