Ingredients For apple walnut salad

  • 2
    red apples
  • 1
    juice of 1 lemon
  • 3/4 c
    walnuts - chopped
  • 1 sprig
    fresh parsley chopped well
  • 1/2 c
    grapes - cut in halves
  • 3 Tbsp
    almond milk
  • 1 pinch
    ground cinnamon (optional)

How To Make apple walnut salad

  • 1
    Soak the walnuts for 1 hour. Drain, rinse, then drain again. Cut the apples into bite sized chunks and squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over top. In a large bowl combine the soaked walnuts and the apples with the remaining ingredients and sprinkle with cinnamon (optional). Serve chilled.
