1/2 csugar

1/3 call purpose flour

2 tspcinnamon

1 tspground cardamom

1/2 tspgrated nutmeg
- TOPPING :

1 1/2 call purpose flour

3/4 cgranulated sugar

3/4 cbrown sugar

1/2 tspkosher salt
-
1 1/2 coatmeal
-
1/2 lbcold butter

1 tspcinnamon
How To Make apple, pear and cranberry crunch

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray large oval or 0x13 pan with a non stick spray.

2Mix all the fruit and place it in the baking dish.

3Combine flour, sugars, salt, oatmeal, cinnamon and butter in bowl of Kitchen Aid and with paddle attachment, mix on low one minute until the mixture crumbles.

4Sprinkle over the fruit and bake for 50 minutes.
