I've had this recipe for over 20yrs. It is still a favorite and always a hit when I take it to a church brunch or just serve it to family and friends. Its oh so easy to make!

Ingredients For apple kuchen

1 stickbutter or margarin
-
1 boxyellow cake mix
-
1/3 cflaked coconut
-
1 can(20 oz.) apples or apple pie filling

/2 csugar
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
1 csour cream
-
1egg
How To Make apple kuchen

1Cut butter into dry cake mix until crumbly. Mix in coconut. Pat mixture lightly into 9"x13" pan, build up edges slightly. Bake at 350 Degrees for 10 min.

2Arrange well drained apple slices on warm crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon together & sprinkle over apples. Mix sour cream & egg together. Drizzle over apples.(it will not cover.)

3Bake for 25 min. or until edges are Lt. brown. DO NOT OVER BAKE. Enjoy
