Got this from a friend on Facebook...Super easy! Better than wrestling pie dough all over the kitchen! Prep time includes the "standing" time of 45 mins....so actual prep is only about 15 mins.

Ingredients For apple enchiladas

1 canapple pie filling

68-inch flour tortillas

1 tspground cinnamon

1/2 cbutter
-
1/2 cgranulated sugar

1/2 cbrown sugar

1/2 cwater
How To Make apple enchiladas

1Spoon about one heaping quarter cup of pie filling evenly down the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with cinnamon; roll up, tucking in edges; and place seam side down in prepared dish.

2In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, white sugar, brown sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes. Pour sauce over enchiladas and let stand 45 minutes.

3Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 20 minutes, or until golden. Serve with vanilla ice cream
