Had these at a luncheon last week and everyone asked for the recipe. They all loved it. I hope you do too.

Ingredients For apple enchiladas

  • 1 can
    21 oz. apple pie filling
  • 12
    flour tortillas
  • cinnamon to taste
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    white sugar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    water

How To Make apple enchiladas

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Grease 2 qt. baking dish
  • 2
    Spoon a little pie flling down the center of tortillas Sprinkle with cinnamon. Rool up tucking in the edges and place seam side down in buttered pan.

    In a small saucepan, over med heat, combine butter, white sugar, brown sugar and water. Bring to a boil stirring constantly, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 min.

    Pour sauce over enchiladas. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 30 min.
