Ingredients For apple enchiladas

1 canapple pie filling - cut apples into small chunks

68" flour tortillas

1 tspcinnamon

1/2 cbutter

1/2 csugar

1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 cwater
How To Make apple enchiladas

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray.

2Spoon about 1 heaping tablespoon of pie filling in the center of tortilla then spread down the middle. Sprinkle with a little bit of cinnamon. Roll up folding edges to keep filling inside. Place seam side down in baking dish.

3In a sauce pan combine the water, sugars and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minute. Pour mixture over tortillas and let stand for 30 minutes.

4Bake for 25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
