Ingredients For apple dumplings

  • 4
    Granny Smith apples, peeled and quartered
  • 8
    crescent rolls
  • 1 c
    orange juice
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    margarine
  • cinnamon

How To Make apple dumplings

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wrap crescent rolls around apple slices and place in an 8x8 pan. Set aside. Combine remaining three ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and spoon sauce over the dumplings. Serve warm with your favorite ice cream.
