Ingredients For apple dumplings

2Granny Smith apples

2 stickMargarine
-
1 tspVanilla extract

1 can(small) Mountain Dew

2 canRefrigerated crescent rolls

1 1/2 cSugar

How To Make apple dumplings

1Peel and core apples. Cut each apple into 8 wedges. Roll each wedge in crescent roll section.

2Place in a 13x9x2 inch pan. Melt margarine; add sugar and barely stir. Add vanilla, stir and pour over apples. Pour Mountain Dew around the edges of the pan. Sprinkle with desired amount of cinnamon.

3Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Serve with ice cream. Spoon some of the sweet sauce from the pan over each serving.
