This little dessert is so yummy and I was not sure what to call it. Taste somewhat like an apple dumpling. You can make this decorative just by crisscrossing the cinnamon roll strips. It is really easy to make and everyone I serve it to loves it. Precooking the apples makes them so sweet and juicy and the cinnamon roll topping with the icing just makes them so yummy.
