My aunt gave this recipe to me when she was on weight watchers, which is where the recipe comes from. It was supposed to be part of a breakfast plan, but to me it tastes more like dessert. It's THAT yummy! I don't know the calories or anything, because she just gave me the recipe. But I do know it's for 1 serving and that you can double, or triple the amounts.

Ingredients For apple crunch

2 Tbsp+ 2 tsp dry milk

1/4 tspcinnamon
-
4 tspsplenda
-
1/4 cgrapenuts cereal
-
2 tsp" i can't believe it's not butter." or margarine

1 mdapple, peeled, cored and sliced thin
-
1/2 cwater
-
1/2 tsplemon juice
-
1/4 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspvanilla
-
2 tspsplenda
How To Make apple crunch

1In small saucepan, mix together the water, apple, lemon juice, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, and vanilla. Cook over medium heat for 2-5 min, or until apple is tender. Stir in 2 tsp Splenda. Place in small baking dish. In medium bowl, mix together dry milk, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 4 tsp Splenda, cereal and butter or margarine. Place mix on top of apple mix, covering completely. Bake at 350 for 12-15 min, or until bubbly and hot.
