HMM! YES!! This is definately a Fall dish to savor, yum!! I used sugar-free caramel sauce, but you can use regular sauce if you like.

Ingredients For apple crisp w/ caramel sauce

  • 1/2 c
    regular or sugar free caramel sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 6 lg
    baking apples, peeled, cut into 1/2"-slices
  • 2/3 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    cold butter, cut into small pieces
  • 2/3 c
    quick-cooking oats

How To Make apple crisp w/ caramel sauce

  • 1
    Heat oven to 375. Spray an 8"-square pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, stir together the caramel sauce and cinnamon. Toss in apple slices, toss gently to coat. Spread apple mix evenly in pan. In same bowl, mix flour, brown sugar. Cut in butter w/ knife until it resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in oats. Crumble over apples. Bake until apples are tender, about 45 min. Serve topped w/ ice cream or qwhipped cream.
