I took this recipe to my scrapbooking recipe class, and it was a hit, One classmate was a Teacher and said she will use this recipe in her cooking class. There are so many different varities of apple crisp. How Fun... This is a tried and true recipe for sure

Ingredients For apple crisp

1 cflour

1 cbrown sugar, lightly packed

3/4 coats

1 tspcinnamon

1/2 cbutter, cold

4 capples, granny smith,

1 csugar

2 Tbspcornstarch

1 cwater
-
1 tspvanilla
How To Make apple crisp

1Combine first 4 ingredients, cut in Butter until crumbly. Press 1/2 into a greased baking dish (9x13).Top with peeled, chopped Apples.

2In saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, water, and vanilla. Cook and stir until thick and clear. Pour over Apples. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.

3Bake at 350* for 1 hour. Serve warm with ice cream.. please enjoy...
