1 1/2 call purpose flour

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 cbutter

3 lggranny smith apples, peeled and sliced thin

1/2 csugar

1 tspground cinnamon

1/4 tspground nutmeg

1 cheavy cream
-
2egg yolks
How To Make apple cream tart

1Combine flour, sugar and salt. Cut in butter. Press into spring form pan 1 inch up the sides. Arrange sliced apples over cruse. Combine sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

2Beat cream and yolks together. Pour over apples and bake until apples are tender and filling is set. Approx. 15-20 min. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
