This is just something I came up with to use up some apples I had in the fridge. It was a big hit, especially with my husband! Enjoy!

Ingredients For apple cobbler

4-5 lgapples, any sweet and juicy variety

1 stickreal sweet cream butter, melted

1/2 cwhite sugar

1/2 clight brown sugar, firmly packed

1 cmilk
-
1/2 csour cream
-
1 ccake flour
-
1 tspbaking powder
-
1/4 tspnutmeg
-
1/4 tspginger
-
1/8 tspground cloves
How To Make apple cobbler

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Peel, core and cube apples. Melt butter and pour into bottom of an 8x11 inch pan. Place apples on top of butter.

2In a small bowl whisk together cake flour, baking powder, nutmeg, ginger and ground cloves. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl combine white sugar, brown sugar, milk and sour cream, whisk until smooth. Add cake flour mixture and whisk until smooth. Slowly pour batter evenly over apples.

3Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until light golden brown.
