This is a recipe I created. It is full of apples and has a hint of apple cider flavor. It is a really easy bread to make. I hope you all enjoy it!

1/3 cbrown sugar

1/2 cflour

4 Tbspbutter

1/ 2 tspcinnamon

1 1/2 cflour

1 1/2 tspcinnamon

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

2 cchopped apples ( i used golden deliciou)

3/4 cpacked light brown sugar

1/2 capple cider
-
1beaten egg
-
3 Tbspmelted butter
-
1/2 cchopped walnuts
How To Make apple cider bread by nor

1Mix the flor, sugar, and cinnamon together. Add in the butter. Knead mixture together for topping. Crumble the mixture. Set aside into refrigerator.

2Heat oven to 350 degree's. Grease and flour loaf pan. Set aside.

3In a bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

4In another bowl. Mix apples, sugar, Cinnamon , and cider.

5Mix in the melted butter. Then, Mix in the beaten egg.

6Add flour mixture to apple mixture. Stir to combine well. Mix in the walnuts.

7Take topping from refrigerator and sprinkle over top of loaf.

8Place in oven on center rack. Take approximately 45 minutes-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

9Remove from oven and cool. Turn upside down onto wire rack after one hour. Ready to slice and serve. After loaf is completely cool .
