1 call purpose flour

1 cwhole wheat flour

1/2 clight brown sugar

2 stickbutter, softened

38 oz pkgs light cream cheese, softened

3/4 cplus 2 tbsp sugar, divided

3 lgeggs
-
1-1/2 tspvanilla
-
3granny smith apples, peeled, finely chopped

1/2 tspcinnamon

1/2 cquick-cooking oats
-
1/4 tspground nutmeg

1 clight brown sugar
-
1 cflour
-
1 stickbutter, softened

1/2 ccaramel sauce
How To Make apple cheesecake bars w/ caramel sauce

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. In bowl combine 1 cup flour, 1 cup whole wheat flour and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Cut in 2 sticks butter until crumbly. Press into bottom of baking dish.

2Bake until light brown, about 15 mins. Remove baking dish from oven. In lg bowl, beat cream cheese w/ 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Add in eggs and vanilla, beat to combine. Pour mix over crust.

3In another bowl, stir together apples, 2 tbsp sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Spoon over cream cheese mix. In another bowl, combine 1 cup brow sugar, 1 cup flour, oats and 1 stick butter. Mix thoroughly to combine. Spoon mix over apple mix. Bake 40-45 mins, or until set. Drizzle w/ caramel sauce.
