Ingredients For annie's fruit salsa and cinnamon chips

2kiwis, peeled and diced

2fuji apples, peeled and chopped

8 ozblueberries

1 lbstrawberries, diced

3 Tbspall-fruit preserves, any flavor

10flour or whole wheat tortillas (10 inch)

pam cooking spray

4 Tbspsugar

1 Tbspcinnamon
How To Make annie's fruit salsa and cinnamon chips

1In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, Fuji apples, blueberries, strawberries and fruit preserves. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes.

2Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)

3Coat one side of each flour tortilla with cooking spray. Cut into 8 wedges. In gallon size Baggie put sugar and cinnamon. Add wedges to coat. On cookie sheet spread out wedges. Spray again with cooking spray.

4Bake in preheated oven 10 -12 minutes. Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges. Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes. Serve with chilled fruit mixture.
