Ingredients For anglaise sauce

    heavy cream
  • 1/4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c
    egg yolks

How To Make anglaise sauce

    Over a double boiler in a metal mixing bowl combine all ingredients and stir with a wire whip until thickened.
