Ingredients For angel food cake & fruit truffle

  • 1
    angel food cake
  • 1
    small box white chocolate instant pudding
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz
    cool whip
  • strawberries, fresh
  • blueberries, fresh
  • mandarine oranges
  • any other fruit that would work (ex raspberries)

How To Make angel food cake & fruit truffle

    Mix the pudding mix, milk, cream cheese and Cool Whip together.

    Tear cake in pieces and layer 1/3 in the bottom of a truffle bowl. Spread 1/3 pudding mix over that then spread with 1/3 of the fruit. Repeat layers.

    Chill.
