Ingredients For all natural peach squares

3/4 cfresh or frozen peaches, diced

1 csplenda

3/4 cplus 3/4 tablespoon whole wheat flour

3/4 cwarm water

1 cold fashioned oats

1/4 csmart balance margarine

1 tspbaking soda

1 tsppure vanilla
How To Make all natural peach squares

1Prepare the filling: Bring the peaches, 1/2 cup splenda, 3/4 tablespoon flour, and 3/4 cup water to a boil in a double boiler. Stir continuously until thickened.

2Prepare the crumb base and topping: Combine oats, margarine, 1/2 cup splenda, 3/4 cup flour, baking soda, and vanilla; halve the mixture. Place half in the bottom of a 9 inch square baking dish. Layer the thickened filling on top. Add the remaining crumb base to the top. Bake 350º for 30 minutes.
