This is an easy enough recipe. My husband and family enjoy a large slice. Such a lovely refreshing dessert. It's so worth making to see all the smiles when this luscious Raspberry delight appears from the kitchen I posted 15 mins to bake. What you're looking for is the pastry to be golden and crisp so watch and check

How To Make airy raspberry delight
-
1Thaw Frozen Puff Pastry and bake according to the direction. Make in a rectangle pattern and dock with a fork before cooking. You will want to pinch up all sides. Brush all edges with egg yoke and sprinkle with Turbanado Sugar or white is Fine. Set aside to cool.
-
2Make the custard and add juice of the Lemon while cooking. At this point I also added 1 Tbsp of white sugar to the custard while cooking Add 1/2 of the Zest to the custard as well By adding the juice you cut back on the amount of milk required. I find close counts. What you're looking for is a thick consistency. The lemon is suttle but important Cover and chill
-
3Make your Sweetened Whipping Cream and keep in your refrigerator until ready to use.
-
4Now it's time to Assemble. Guests will be here shortly. With your golden Puff Pastry on a Lovely Plater. Spread the delicious Lemon Custard over the pastry leaving the Crispy Sugary Crust exposed.
-
5Add your Fresh Juicy Raspberries over the Custard Slice with your serrated knife to the size you like. Bigger is Better. "I Think" Wink Wink
-
6Add your Delecious Dollopes of Whipped Cream On top of this put a few Sprinkles of Lemon Zest A pretty Raspberry on top is just perfect!
