A coworker was talking about how good this was so I thought I'd pass the recipe on. You can use any frozen fruit you like.

Ingredients For 7up fruit cobbler

  • 2 bag
    12 oz. frozen fruit - i used a cherry berry blend
  • 1 box
    white cake mix (don't use one with pudding in the mix)
  • 10-12 oz
    7up

How To Make 7up fruit cobbler

    Spray a 9x13 pan and spread frozen fruit evenly in bottom of the pan.

    Sprinkle dry cake mix over the frozen fruit.

    Slowly pour the 7up over the dry cake mix.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    I let mine cool but I'm guessing it would be great served warm with either ice cream or whipped cream
