I came up with this recipe on a hot summer day and had limited ingredients

Ingredients For 1-2-3 sorbet

  • 1 lb
    frozen strawberries, mixed berries, mango, peaches or other fruit
  • 1/2 c
    plain yogurt
  • 1/3 c
    sugar

How To Make 1-2-3 sorbet

    Put frozen fruit, yogurt, and sugar in a food processor. Puree until it is creamy, scrape down sides as needed. If the fruit doesn't completely break down slowly add water as needed through the feed tube, 1 or 2 tablespoon(s) at a time. Be careful not to over blend sorbet into a liquid. serve immediately or freeze for later. If you freeze the mixture be sure to let the sorbet sit for 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature to allow it to soften
