watergate salad
This was handed to me by a co worker whose mom made this for him to share with his co workers., delish and different from the ones posted on this site.

Ingredients For watergate salad
-
2 boxinstant pistashio pudding
-
4 ccold milk (i use almond milk)
-
1 pkg10 oz small marshmellows
-
1 can20 oz pineapple tidbits or chunks (drained)

1 can29 oz fruit cocktail (drained)
-
1 csour cream
-
1 lgtub of cool whip lite
-
1 cshredded coconut
-
1/2 ccrushed nuts (your preference)
How To Make watergate salad

1Prepare pudding as directed on box. Chill 1/2 hour

2Mix sour cream and cool whip together. Fold in the Drained Fruit., gently mix and add to pudding.

3Add the chopped nuts, coconut, and marshmallows. Mix gently.

4Cover and chill until ready to serve.

5Note: Make use of seasonal fruits and melons. Make sure they are well drained!
