Ingredients For rice pudding

1 cskim milk

1/2 cplus 1 tbsp couscous

2 1/2 Tbspbrown sugar

1/4 cdark raisins

1/4 tspground cinnamon

1/3 cnon fat vanilla yogurt
How To Make rice pudding

1Heat the milk in a small saucepan until just boiling. Stir in couscous, brown sugar, raisins and cinnamon. Remove mixture from heat and cover with a tight fitting lid. Allow to sit until milk is absorbed (about 10 minutes).

2Stir in yogurt and serve warm. Sprinkle top lightly with more cinnamon, if desired.
