I am making this soon...my Hubby LOVES rice pudding and I hope I like it this way...I just cant get past the "sweet" taste of whole rice grains....my fingers are crossed for this one!

Ingredients For rice pudding

1 corganic rice and shine cereal

1/4 tspsea salt

2 1/2 cmilk
-
2eggs, beaten
-
1/2 choney
-
1 1/2 tspvanilla
How To Make rice pudding

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 1 quart baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

2Mix dry ingredients in a saucepan. Add milk and stir. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Turn heat to low and simmer until thickened.

3Remove from heat and stir in honey, eggs and vanilla. Pour into prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until set. Serve warm or cold.
