Bread pudding is one of our favorite family desserts. This is one of the variations I make.

Ingredients For raisin bread pudding

8 sliceraisin bread

2 capplesauce
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
2 cmilk
-
4eggs,beaten

1/2 tspcinnamon

dashnutmeg

4 Tbspsugar

1/2 tspvanilla extract
How To Make raisin bread pudding

1Preheat oven to 350' Grease a 1 quart casserole dish Place half the bread cubes in it. In a small bowl, combine, applsauce, cinnamon and nutmeg.

2Spread this mixture over bread cubes. Top with the rest of the bread cubes. Dot with butter. Place the remaining ingredients (eggs, milk,sugar and vanilla) in a bowl.

3Pour over bread cubes. Bake for 60 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Serve warm or cold with whipped topping or ice cream. Enjoy!
