delicious pineapple souffle

I had a loaf of Italian bread needing used up, so this is what I threw together. Just scrumptious! So easy...this would be great for any occasion. I served with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon...enjoy! My photos

Ingredients For delicious pineapple souffle

1 - 20 ozcan crushed pineapple, drained

1 stickbutter,melted

4eggs
-
1 csugar

8 - 9 c1/2 inch, cubed bread

sprinkeor 2 of ground cinnamon
How To Make delicious pineapple souffle

1Preheat oven to 30 degree F. Spray a 9 inch casserole dish with non stick cooking spray. Drain pineapple. Cube your bread.

2In a bowl; mix eggs, sugar, drained pineapple, cinnamon and melted butter.

3Mix the pineapple mixture with the bread, and let set till all of the liquid is absorbed.

4Pour into prepared casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for 55 - 60 minutes.

5Serve warm with a glaze or dollop of whipped cream. Enjoy!
