Ingredients For fruit juice tapioca pudding

1/3 csugar

3 Tbspminute tapioca

1 dashsalt

2 cfruit juice (i used orange juice)
How To Make fruit juice tapioca pudding

1Mix all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Let stand for 5 minutes.

2Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil. (Pudding thickens as it cools.) Remove from heat.

3Cool 20 minutes; stir. Stir before serving. Serve warm or chilled.

4Variation: Grape juice, pineapple juice, apple juice, grapefruit juice, cranberry juice, juice blends or mango nectar can be substituted for orange juice.
