Ingredients For creamy rice pudding

5 cwhole milk

1/2 csugar
-
1/2-3/4 crice (arborio)

2eggs

1 tspvanilla

1 can(5 ounces) evaporated milk
How To Make creamy rice pudding

1Cook milk, sugar and rice on medium heat for 1 1/2 hours on stove top. Stir often. Take the rice mixture off heat.

2Beat eggs with vanilla. Remove 1 cup of the rice mixture and stir in beaten eggs. Add evaporated milk. Add mix back to pot and simmer gently for 2 minutes, just until thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.

3Chill and top with cinnamon, if desired.
