  • 2 pkg
    12 oz. each king's hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1 can
    21 oz. apple pie filling
  • 8 lg
    eggs
  • 1 bottle
    32oz. pumpkin pie coffee creamer
  • 1 jar
    14oz. caramel apple dip (divided)
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla
  • 1 c
    brown sugar

How To Make caramel apple bread pudding

    Preheat oven to 350*
  • 2
    Spray a glass 9x13 inch dish with cooking spray

    Cut rolls into bite sized pieces and place in dish

    Chop apple pie filling into bite sized pieces. In a medium bowl, combine pie filling, eggs, creamer, half of the caramel dip, seasonings, vanilla and brown sugar. Whisk until fully mixed

    Pour over rolls, mix gently until liquid is absorbed. Mixture should be moist

    Bake 45 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched
