This is a recipe from my elementary school bus driver - Mrs. Landers.

Ingredients For bread pudding

  • 8 slice
    bread, soaked in milk
  • 2
    eggs
  • vanilla (if desired)
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 dash
    cinnamon

How To Make bread pudding

  • 1
    Mix all together in large bowl.
  • 2
    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 3
    Bake 10 minutes, until lightly browned.
