Ingredients For blender chocolate pudding

1/4 ccold milk

1envelope unflavored gelatin

3/4 cvery hot milk

2/3 csugar

1/4 cunsweetened cocoa

1 tspvanilla

1/2 cheavy or whipping cream

3/4 ccrushed ice
-
sweetened whipped cream and sliced bananas (optional)
How To Make blender chocolate pudding

1Pour cold milk into blender container. Sprinkle gelatin onto cold milk; let stand several minutes to soften. Add hot milk; blend 2 minutes on low speed or until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add sugar, cocoa, and vanilla; blend well. Add cream and crushed ice; continue processing until ice is liquefied.

2Allow to stand several minutes to begin setting. Pour into bowl or individual dessert dishes. Cover; chill at least 20 minutes or until set. Garnish with sweetened whipped cream and sliced bananas.
