Ingredients For blender chocolate pudding

  • 1/4 c
    cold milk
  • 1
    envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 3/4 c
    very hot milk
  • 2/3 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    heavy or whipping cream
  • 3/4 c
    crushed ice
  • sweetened whipped cream and sliced bananas (optional)

How To Make blender chocolate pudding

    Pour cold milk into blender container. Sprinkle gelatin onto cold milk; let stand several minutes to soften. Add hot milk; blend 2 minutes on low speed or until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add sugar, cocoa, and vanilla; blend well. Add cream and crushed ice; continue processing until ice is liquefied.

    Allow to stand several minutes to begin setting. Pour into bowl or individual dessert dishes. Cover; chill at least 20 minutes or until set. Garnish with sweetened whipped cream and sliced bananas.
