24Hawaiian Rolls, dried out a bit, I use the oven to dry them

10 lgeggs

6 cheavy cream

1 canapple pie filling (21 oz)

1 1/2 cgranulated sugar

2 tspcinnamon

1 tspgrated ginger

2 tspvanilla extract, make sure you use real vanilla

This makes a very large serving. We used a 9x13 deep lasagna pan. We sliced the rolls down the center, opened them, and let them dry slightly before using them. Also, we sliced the apple pie filling into smaller chunks to distribute better throughout the bread pudding.

1Mix eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add spices, salt, and milk. Mix well.

2Add bread cut into cubes.

3Fold in apple pie filling.

4Pour into a greased casserole dish any shape will do.

5Bake at 350 F for 60 to 90 mins until a knife comes out clean.

6Serve warm or cold. I like it warm with ice cream or whipped cream. Enjoy!
