My co-workers love my sweet potato pie. I bake two pies for our Christmas party each year.

Ingredients For sweet potato pie

  • 2 c
    cooked sweet potatoes
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 can
    condensed milk
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 tsp
    lemon extract
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1
    9" regular pie crust shell

How To Make sweet potato pie

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream all ingredient in large bowl with mixer. Pour in pie shell bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
