My grandmother always made 2 Vinegar Pies for my dad on his birthday and of course we got a piece. Love the pie.

1 1/2 csugar

4eggs
-
1/4 cbutter, melted or real soft

1 1/2 Tbspcider or white vinegar

1 tspvanilla

1unbaked pie shell
How To Make vinegar pie

1In large bowl, combine sugar, eggs & vinegar. Mix well. Add vinegar and vanilla and mix for about 2 mins. on medium speed. (This will not fill a deep pie dish, you will need to double the ingredients for Deep Dish Pie.)

2Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 mins. or until the pie's ingredients do not move. It will jiggle.

3Yeilds: 8 servings. Nutritional Facts: 1 serving (1 piece) equals 354 calories, 15 g fat (7 g saturated fat), 127 mg cholesterol, 190 mg sodium, 51 g carbohydrate, 0 fiber, 4 g protein.
