Ingredients For turtle apple crisp

  • 1 can
    apple pie filling
  • 1/2 c
    caramel topping/dip
  • 1/2 c
    chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 c
    pecans
  • 1 pkg
    oatmeal cookie mix
  • 1 stick
    butter or margarine, melted

How To Make turtle apple crisp

  • 1
    Spray a pie pan with non-stick spray and preheat the oven to 350.
  • 2
    Pour the pie filling into the bottom of the pie pan.

    Drizzle the caramel over the apples.
  • 4
    Drizzle the chocolate over the caramel.
  • 5
    Sprinkle the pecans over the chocolate.

    In a large bowl, mix the dry cookie mix with the melted butter. Work with a spatula or your hands until completely moistened and streusel-like.

    Crumble cookie mix over the entire pie, forming a chunky crust.

    Bake for 30 mins or until cookie topping begins to brown. Serve hot (and ice cream is a nice addition, too!)
