Ingredients For sweet tea pie
- CRUST

6 ozsoftened cream cheese

1 cunsalted butter

2 1/2 call purpose flour

6egg yolks

3/4 cstrong brewed tea

1 tsplemon zest

1 Tbsplemon juice

2 Tbspflour

1 1/2 ccornmeal

1 dashsalt
How To Make sweet tea pie

1CRUST In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese, 1 cup butter until fluffy. Add the flour and mix until dough forms a ball. press dough into 9 inch pie pan. Chill for 30 minutes.

2Filling Cream 1 cup butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg yolks mix well. Slolwy add the tea, lemon zest and lemon juice scrape down sides of bowl with a rubber spatula

3Add 2 tablespoons flour, salt and cornmeal and mix well. Pour into pie crust.

4Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes
