Ingredients For sweet potato pie

  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 3
    eggs
  • 2 lb
    sweet potatoes
  • 6 oz
    evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 2
    unbaked pie shells

How To Make sweet potato pie

    Bake or boil sweet potato until soft. Mash sweet potatoes using electric mixer.

    Beat in butter the and sugar and eggs, milk,and remaining ingredients. Blend on low speed until smooth.

    Pour into pie shells. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn temp down to 350 and continue to bake for 30-35 minutes.
