Ingredients For pineapple pie

1 1/2 ccoconut, flaked

2 Tbspbutter, melted

3 1/4 ozpackage vanilla tapioca pudding mix

3 ozlemon-flavored gelatin
-
1 1/4 cmilk

1/2of a 6-ounce can frozen unsweetened pineapple juice concentrate thawed

12-ounce package dessert topping mix
-
18 3/4-ounce can crushed pineapple, well drained
How To Make pineapple pie

1For pie shell, combine coconut and butter; press on bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees f till coconut is golden, about 15 minutes. cool. Next for the filling, In medium saucepan combine pudding mix and gelatin. Stir in milk, cook and stir till mixture boils; remove from heat. stir in concentrate; chill till partially set. prepare dessert topping mix according to package directions, Fold into pudding mixture; add crushed pineapple, pour into pie shell; chill thoroughly. serve
