Ingredients For peaches and cream cheese pie

  • 1 can sliced peaches, 20 oz
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix, 3 oz
  • 3 tbsp. margarine, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. sugar

How To Make peaches and cream cheese pie

    Drain peaches, reserving 3 Tbsp. of juice. Mix flour, milk, pudding mix, margarine, egg, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping the bowl occasionally. Pour into a greased pie plate and arrange peaches over top.

    Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cu sugar and the reserved peach juice in mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed til creamy. Spoon cram cheese mixture over prepared layers. Mix cinnamon and 1 Tbsp. sugar in small bowl and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 8 Worth Tasting
